The Vision Therapy Eyewear and KidsWatch
software have a 30-day money-back customer
satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event
that you are not happy with our product,
follow the steps outline below for returns
or exchange.
Exchange & Return Process

Locate the email
that Natural Vision sent you after
the completion of your order online
(it is from "orders@naturalvisiontherapy.com"
with subject
"order yhst-25424499818616-485
from naturalvisiontherapy.com".
The last 3 digit (485 in this case
is your order number).

Forward the email back to orders@naturalvisiontherapy.com
indicating:
a. Items that you are returning or exchanging
b. Reason for the return or exchange
c. For exchange, list clearly the new item's model number

Print out both emails
in Steps 1. and 2.

Mail the items (and
printed emails in Step 3.) back to

It may be a good idea to pay for the
postal service that provides receipt
acknowledgement as proof that the items
have been shipped out in case they
go missing during transit.

Upon receipt of your items, we will
process your request for exchange or
refund your money back to how it was
paid originally (Credit card, or Pay
Pal)

We will email you once we have processed
your request so as to keep you informed.

Shipping
The customer is responsible for the
cost of shipping charges for returns,
exchange or refunds. NVT will cover
the shipping cost to replace a defective
item.
All products returned MUST: be
100 percent complete, contain ALL original
boxes and packing materials, have
original UPC codes on the manufacturer
boxes, contain all manuals, blank
warranty cards and other accessories
and documentation provided by the
manufacturer.
We
recommend you use a carrier that can
provide you with proof of delivery
for your protection.
Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery time for most shipping
is 7-14 business days, depending on delivery
zone.
International Orders
Please note that customs officials
of any country are authorized to, and
sometimes do open packages for inspection.
We cannot accept responsibility for
any orders delayed, confiscated or
seized by foreign customs or governments.
Contact customs officials in your country
for the best information on how your
order will be handled by them.
Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country.
These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges.
Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.
International shipping rates will be determined at the time of your order automatically.
NVT will notify you via email should there be any additional shipping charges
before shipping.
NVT is not responsible for any additional
VAT, broker, duty or taxes on any International
order.
